Tokyo, Japan / Founded 2023
Businesses built from the floor up.
Brewing a cup of tea. Moving a container across a border. Writing the software that tracks both. AY LLC does all three — and does them itself.
Who we are
We are not a company that only writes software.
We run a shop. We move goods across borders. Every day we take orders, count stock and write invoices ourselves.
That is why the order and inventory systems we build do not come from a whiteboard. They come from the places where we ourselves got stuck.
Food, logistics, technology. Three things that look unrelated from outside are, for us, a single line.

Business
Four businesses
A shop floor, an ingredient supply chain, cross-border logistics, and the systems that hold them together. Each stands on its own — and each teaches the others.

01Food Service
It all started with one cup.
We operate one bubble tea shop by Kita-Senju Station East Exit, under a franchise agreement. For us the shop is a business and also a test bench — the first place we try any process, any system.

02Ingredient Wholesale
Sourcing designed around what actually hurts.
We wholesale tea-drink ingredients to restaurants and cafés across Tokyo. Two things set us apart: we run a shop that makes these drinks every day, and we have our own import line straight from Taiwan and China.

03Trade & Logistics
Between Japan, Taiwan and China.
Out of Japan and into Japan. We handle two-way import and export across a wide range of goods, from small lots upward.

04IT Solutions
Systems built by people who run the operation.
Ordering, inventory, e-commerce. What we build for you is what we run ourselves. We understand the work before requirements gathering starts.

Why us
Learned on the floor, not at a desk.
Counted by headcount we are a small company. People choose us anyway, and it usually comes down to these three things.
We operate, not just advise
We run a shop and move goods across borders ourselves. So our quotes and lead times come from experience, not from a spreadsheet.
Three languages, no interpreter
Japanese, English and Vietnamese. Terms get settled directly, so work with overseas partners does not stall halfway.
You can start small
One product line. One feature. We recommend testing something small first and widening from whatever works.
Our shop
One minute from Kita-Senju Station.
Every one of our businesses started at this single shop — a bubble tea store we operate under a franchise agreement. Taking orders and counting stock here every day is what feeds both the wholesale and the software side.

Where we are heading
Our next pillar is software.
The shop, the wholesale line, the trade route — to us they are all the same thing: a floor. And what we hit on that floor every day was an ordinary sight: orders running on paper, spreadsheets and somebody's memory.
Transcription errors. Duplicate orders. Stock you cannot know until you count it. Turning each of those — problems we have had ourselves — into a working system is what we are making our central business. Development with our first client is already under way.
In progress
We are building a system for a retail business in Vietnam that puts ordering online and links it to live stock.
What we build

Talk to us before the idea is finished.
"We do not know what to build yet." "We just want to know whether this can be systematised at all." That is exactly the right time to call. Japanese, English and Vietnamese.
